Bringing Dogs

We are big dog lovers here at Bryn Berwyn. We have allocated doggy rooms. Dogs are also allowed in the bar, decking area, drawing room and upon special request the breakfast room.

Children & Family

We can accommodate travel cots in some rooms, and have high chairs if needed in the breakfast room. You will need to bring your own bedding and linen for the cots.

Parking

We have had our car park extended so that there is enough room for all of our lovely guests. This is guest & customer parking only.

CCTV

Recorded CCTV is in operation at all times.

Check In
Check Out

You may check in from 3pm.
Check out is 10:30am.

Rates

Please note our rates are seasonal, so will vary depending on the season.

Food Service Times

Our breakfast service is for guests only between 8-10am.
Evening meals are served Wednesday to Sunday between 6-8pm.
The bar opening time is 12:00 last orders are usually called at 22:30 however this is subject to change.


Covid-19 Policy

Symptoms – If you, or another member of your party have any Covid-19 symptoms please call to rearrange or cancel your booking. (this includes but isn’t restricted to a high temperature, consistent cough or loss of your taste and smell)

Communal Areas – These are now open in line with the government rules on opening hospitality and hotels.

Facemasks – Facemasks must be worn when coming inside the house at any point, and also must be worn when not seated outside.

NHS Track & Trace – There will be a NHS track & Trace poster displayed on our reception desk. If you have a device that can download the NHS covid-19 app then you can scan the code and ‘check in’ to Bryn Berwyn Country House. If you are unable to do this we can take your details and submit them to the NHS track and trace.

Local Lockdowns – If you live in an area/ country that is at the time under a local lockdown we please ask that you call to cancel or rearrange your stay with us. This is for the safety of everyone.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms – Every bedroom & bathroom will be thoroughly cleaned after each stay. All linen and towels are sent off to be cleaned professionally, and if at any point in your stay you would like fresh towels just let us know and we will replace them for you.

Breakfast – Breakfast will be served in the breakfast room. We are still offering our full range of cooked and continental breakfasts. If you are coming with a dog, your breakfast will be served in the bar.


Cancellation Policy

If you cancel within 7 days of your stay you will be charged the full cost of your stay. We strongly advise you to ensure that you have adequate travel insurance to cover any unexpected cancellations.
Please check the cancellation policy if you have booked with booking.com or Air BnB as they may vary to our own.

Damages

Any damages will be charged to the credit card of the booking. This also includes any missing items from rooms.

Dog Policy

Any damages made by dogs will be charged to the credit card of the booking. We do not allow dogs to be left in the room unsupervised at any time. Please do not let your dog on the beds or on the bedding.
A dog towel is included in the surplus charge of adding a dog onto the booking. We have an outside warm shower and tap that you can wash your dog with. Please do not allow your dog to enter the hotel if they are mucky or wet after a walk.

Please keep our gardens clean for the benefit of others by disposing of your dogs waste into our bins.
